About Us

I have been a fitness enthusiast for years being involved in competitive martial arts, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit.

My greatest interest in fitness is understanding what makes people successful and their personal development practice that facilitates it.

It wasn’t until I started to understand the nervous system where I felt like I could pinpoint and make tangible what can lead to people’s advancement.

To be more precise it is our relationship to anxiety that dictates progress.

Perspective on anxiety has helped me develop my capacity for compassion and better understand where people are at.

With the autistic community having the greatest challenge in dealing with anxiety, I think by helping the neurodiverse we can create a better understanding of humanity through empathy.
